Terminated in Oct but still billed in Nov and Dec!

I terminated my contract with Autopage effective 28th Oct but I am still being billed in Nov and Dec!
Bottom Line: I need a refund for Nov and Dec ASAP!!

Today (30 Dec 2013) I spoke to Sizakele at Customer Services; she said she'd 'have to' check with Finance and to expect a refund in 7 to 14 days.
This was not good enough as I'd been promised that this would be sorted in Nov alas I was still billed in Dec.
I asked to speak to a manager; she gave me the classic line that 'all managers were in a meeting! '
I asked for the relevant manager's details; she said that there we many managers...
At this point, livid and seething, I put down the phone!
A noxious cocktail of broken promises, indifferent and ill-equipped call centre agents, general apathy and arrogance results in the most putrid 'service' imaginable.
What a loser organisation... I'm amazed Autopage are still in business!
