I logged a complaint on hellopeter in last week. This was about my upgrade that was done on 6 December 2013 that was not delivered yet but already charged. A consultant phoned me the same day I logged the complaint and instead of giving me a solution that I expected (Like delivering my Ipad within a week) he said they will rather cancel the upgrade then I can drive to a shop and redo the upgrade (which I doubt will happen if the service does not improve). He said that he will come back to me by Wednesday 7 January 2014 (Still waiting), my upgrade is still not cancelled, and I have still paid for something I did not receive. Vodacom what do I need to do??? Please either get my ipad delivered to me within 2 days. I have been patient fro 6 December 2013 or cancell the upgrade by end today 8 January 2014 so that I can move to one of the other service providers.
