Contract Upgrade Date Changed without Notification

On the 15.04.2013 I received an sms from MTN in response to an enquiry as to when I can upgrade my handset. I have it thus on record that I can upgrade as of the 02nd May 2013. I have as a test, just resent the query and it comes back to say I can upgrade from 2013-05-02. So I called your contact centre to find out how I can go about upgrading the handset and was told that no, I can only upgrade from some time in June. Note that I also called your call centre previously (during March if memory serves) and was advised that I could upgrade 01 May - but that is a public holiday which is why I assume the date was moved to 02 May. This is unnacceptable. I wish to upgrade now as I have been told I can all along and wish to find out how this can most easily be done.
