Debiting my account after contract termination

So I terminated my contracts with MTN on 20 December - took a whole of 5 days to get it done due to MTN incompetence...

Last statement received on 27 December shows that I have a credit balance. Was also told when I terminated that everything is paid and no other payment required.

No debit order on 1 Jan so I figured all is fine. Then on 1 Feb you debit my bank account with almost R 750 - not sure where that comes from. Went to Northgate customer care and after 30 minutes of waiting, realised that the TWO!!! MTN staff working are still helping the same people they helped when I walked in. So I left.

So I have instructed the bank not to honour the debit order and placed a block on MTN.

Therefore, if you think that I owe you money, you can provide sufficient proof to me. You've got my contact details so contact me - don't just do your normal response on Hellopeter 6 weeks after the fact.
