Termination of account without notification!!!

On the 10/09/2013, I realised that my tracker premiums had not been going off my account since May 2013. I called customer care to find out what was happening with my account. They told me they don't know what could have happen that my debit order was stopped and a query was logged with the accounts department which i was told could take 14 working days to get a response from them. I was called on the 23/09/2013, by the consultant who assisted me when i called on the 10/09/2013 to tell me that my account is active and that my debit order will go off at the end of the month. Month end September nothing went of my account, i called customer care on the 3/10/2013 to inquire about the status of my account and i was told its active and the debit order didn't go through because it was activated after the invoicing date which is the 20th of every month. Today i get a response from Alida Pieterse who notifies me that my account has been terminated. I have not received any notification of termination of my account and i feel offended that after sitting for an average of 20 min on the phone i get such a response and i'm told to call tracker for further assistance. This is rubbish...
