Unexplained Debit orders on my account

In December I got paid on the 15th and a debit order went through on my account for my personal loan for the month of December. And at the end of December they wanted to take MORE money from my account for my personal loan. This is not on! You can't just take money as you please out of my account WITHOUT contact first! There is another R2000 off my account and I don't know what for. Care to contact me and explain this to me and perhaps also get your payment or debit order dates on track? How am I to survive month in and month out if you just take money left, right and centre?
