Unauthorized debit orders

I have been banking with FNB for as long as I can remember but now I'm thinking of changing bank. I have people debiting my account without my permission and FNB is letting them do just that I went to the bank the lady that assisted me told me that there's nothing they can do. And the contact details I received from FNB are not working now I feel like I'm not safe in my bank. These people started this in december they tried to take R49 twice in december but failed now they are trying bigger amounts like R349 now this month they tried to take R1949 I don't even know them or never heard of. I'm sure FNB ca see that I tried to stop them every month they come back despite my effort of stopping them. I can't keep money in my account cause it will be taken and they are putting a bad record of unsuccessful debit order in my account. I hope FNB will do something about this.
