I have an internet problem where my internet just randomly drops. Now my internet service provider is mweb but I have no problem with them. Its the line rental company thats got me cracked. TELKOM.Now here's where it gets interesting. On there first visit when I logged my problem, the repair guy gets here (according to mweb my noize on the line is 61 db) and I note that to him.he puts a device in the port, listens and tell me he hears no noise. So here i think"this guy is pro"... so he tells me he'll reset my port. After port reset I still get a problem of DC.So I log a call again. A week later another guy gets here but he knew what he was doing. Did some sort of test on my PC and saw that the line failed the test. He noted and i qoute" cant believe the other technition said my line is fine". He said the line is off. It could be on the underground cable or the overhung cable so he said he'll check it out and will come back to me on the 22 of december. This is already the 27th and im still having issues. So much for product suport
