Telkom doesnt want to fix my line

Ive logged faults at Telkom about my adsl line maybe 10 times allready. My line is so slow that it takes about a minute just to open the Telkom website and that to log a fault on my line. When I log a fault all get the following day is a sms saying that my line issues have been resolved. When I call the call centre all they can do is reset the port and says that my line is fine. Well let me tel you that it is not fine and that Ive just about had enough of Telkom, Im seriously thinking about cancelling my line with Telkom and getting something like iBurst or something like that.

Please Telkom see if you can fix my line speed and latency, Im now paying for a service that is very frustrating to use. If you cant fix it this time around then Ill have to cancell, not that you'd care hey?
