Problem 1: I ordered a 2mb line more then a year ago. I have been paying for it but only get 1mb. I was offered a 4mb by Mweb couple months ago and said please sign me up. The guy then phones me and tells me I have been upgraded to 2MB (and of course line is still 1mb). Telkom informed me that the line has always been 1mb and of course I request a credit.

Problem 2: Lately, my internet has been having issues of note. When I use the SAIX speed test, I get 10% download speed of what I get from MWEB. The only time in the last couple of weeks I got decent internet speed was Saturday and Sunday.

I have logged a call previously and the engineer fixed it within 30 minutes. I phoned in again now (after being escalated this morning), and I am told they will only call me at 11:00 tomorrow morning. This meaning I have to drive out to my work in Midrand to do a five minute job that I could have done if my internet was working like it should.

Last time I used hellopeter, someone assisted me with a problem and this time I am hoping it is the same. It doesn't fix my problem now, but I need to inform all of how useless MWEB is. Although, just look at all the reports regarding them...
