Partial internet for two weeks and no internet fo

A call was logged around 7 March 2013 with MWEB reporting a problem with the internet complaining that we are receiving partial internet service. The internet is more done that up. Telkom eventually came the following but refused to check the line because at the time the internet was working. As ususal the internet went down again and another call was logged. Last week wednesday the internet including the telkom line went down completely and to date no technician has come to fix the problem. We have only been receiving feedback from MWeb when we call them and it is basically that they have escalated the problem with telkom and cannot assist further. In the meantime we are expected to pay for the entire month for a service that we are not getting! What value is MWeb adding to this service?
