NOT IMPRESSED WITH CYBERSMART!!!

I applied for a 2MB Uncapped ADSL line. The day before I received my router I got an sms saying my ADSL line is active and my router is on it's way. I received my router last week Friday I got home, opened the box and followed the instructions only to find I had no ADSL connection. I immediately phoned the call center and spoke to Tyron. Apparently it was a fault on the line from Telkom's side. Tyron then logged the fault with Telkom. Since then I have had NO FEED BACK from Cybersmart as to what is happening with my line. I phoned Telkom repeatedly and escalated the fault myself and eventually got a technician to come see what was wrong, this was yesterday, 5 days later and STILL NO INFORMATION FROM CYBERSMART!!! We got the ADSL line up and running and now I have extremely bad Latency? Your website boasts that Cybersmart is the #1 fastest ADSL in South Africa, I beg to differ!!! I am reaching download speeds of a whopping (please note this is sarcasm) 0.7Kbs... I ordered a 2MB line???! I have been a client for approximately 6 days now and have not had a single positive experience with Cybersmart. Are things going to continue like this? or can I please get some service?
