Slow download speed & online gaming problems

I've been with Cybersmart for a month now, what a horrible experience. I am on a 4meg home uncapped . w
When I started with them my torrent downloads in the evenings were running at 400kb/s could download up to 29 gigs in one night. however that lasted for a few days then download speeds dropped to almost non-existant, and I don't want to mention the fact that my kids can't play xbox online. I've phoned them about 20 times I have send them a few e-mails but the problem keeps popping up and all the operaters can tell you is to upgrade to a business uncapped so I decided to cancel the service and was told I must give a month notice. And what do you know the speeds are even worse after I cancelled please sort out or I will reverse the debit order that went off my account. Please do not join Cybersmart they are worse then Telkom
