Hi Vodacom since when don't you inform customers that there account has an excess amount due immidiatley why do u only inform customers that they overdued 4 months later affecting our profiles. I had a contract with vodacom for 24 months never defaulted on anything in my life 3 months before the contract expires I called in to cancel but the customer centre told me that I could not cancel the contract but only on the date when I took the contract originally out, when I cancelled received confirmation that its been cancelled.four months later I receive an email stating that further legal action would be taken against me, when I phoned in I was told that I had to cancel a month before but vodacom told me to cancel on that day not only that they never informed me for almst 5 months of the amount due and they charged me a different instalment vodacom u guys are unorganised and I didn't appreciate it when your consultant told me that they don't give communication I personally feel that u guys should provide us with communication from day 1 because this could have all been resolved if. I was informed I was even billed a different contract installment what's happening vodacom
