Charged for a upgrade that is in dispute

I have upgraded to an different contract. They delivered the wrong phone. Its been 5 weeks that I'm waiting for vodacom to pick it up. Since then my contract has merged against my wishes. I called everyday to try and cancel the upgrade. But the upgrade centre kept saying that i can cancel as soon as they pick up the phone.

So now i have been billed for the wrong contract and billed for the wrong phone!

I assume that I'm probably be charge for phone calls using the rates of the new contract.

This is unacceptable! I want to be refunded every last cent and billed using the correct contract rates.
