Vodacom give me back my money for illegal billing!

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, one ended (24 months later) in July 2013, the other 2 end in Dec 2013.
Vodacom sales contacted me for an upgrade for the July contract which i declined and instructed that the contract number become prepaid after July. Post july the contract continued billing me end of Aug. I called Vodacom and they cancelled it immediately in Aug.
30th Aug, I sent cancellation requests for 2 contracts billing end of Aug. E-mail confirmation received.
Only 1 contract was terminated. 19 Sep 13 called in to confirm only to find that the other contract is still active.
Papers resent and E-mail confirmation received. End of Sep got billed after paying the termination fee due to Vodacom.
End of Oct i got billed again. I called Vodacom to confirm and they confirmed that my contract is still active!
Vodacom please give me back my money for: 2 months illegal billing from Aug - Oct and possibly November.
