Good day Vodacom,

I am very dissatisfied with a recent transaction on my account not being allocated properly by Vodacom, me not receiving the benefits, but payment immediately went through and on top that having to incur more costs.

Each month around this time I load an additional MyGig1 on my account (promotional R 149) from my available airtime. Again I did this this month and the monies were deducted from my account.

However... I did not receive the data and accordingly Vodacom charged me out-of-bundles rates... R 2.00 per MB. Accordingly I had to put airtime on my account twice and the second time was when I knew something was wrong on my account.

I would like to receive the MyGig 1 I purchased and also be reimbursed (in full or pro-rata) for the additional data billing that went of my account.

I feel that my complaint is very fair and I expect the same fairness and an apology.

I look forward to your urgent response and resolve on this matter.
