Vodacom are! They My Airtime!

I loaded an vodacom airtime and my balance was increased to R253.00. I wanted to buy vodacom 2gb promotional data bundles on 05 july 13 and dialled star 111 harsh thing but when the data bundle was supposed to load i got the 'technical error please try again later' message. Ok but when i checked my airtime balance i was left with only R4. I also checked my data bundles balance, thinking the data could have been loaded even when i got the error message which should be under promotional data bundle balances but no, the only balances that show is the R20gb and R1gb promotional bundles i purchased last month. Vodacom my airtime without giving anything in return. Voda!
