FRUSTRATED, NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM!

Hi There,

on 9 September i tried to purchase a mygig1 off Vodacoms promotional bundles via the *111# medium. i got an error response asking me to try again. i checked my airtime was all okay and tried again. i then got the same error message. so i thought i'd try again the next day.

when i checked my airtime balance the next day i saw i was missing R 298! so i immediately checked my promo data bundles and lo and behold, there were 2 mygig1 promo data bundles loaded!

i thought Vodacom would be customer friendly and highly service orientated and would sort this out in a jiffy. i was totally wrong.

i called vodacom business, as i'm a business customer, & was told to submit my request in writing, on a letterhead, along with a copy of id, which i did. i was told THEY WILL SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO.

the next day i received an email telling me i have already used the 2 gigs. so i want to know: how does one use 2 gigs of data in under 2 days?

all i am asking is that they convert the second purchase of R 149.00 back into airtime, coz i really dont need 2 gigs. and i also want to know if this is a common problem? i have had no response to this since 12Sep now. REALLY FRUSTRATED
