I emailed Vodacom the following: Data Bundle balance
Hi, On 28th September I recharged my account with R200 after I got notification that my 100MB data bundle has 10MB left. From that 200 I purchased a 1 GIG promo data at R149 and I received confirmation of the purchase and that it would expire on 28th October 2013. My balance was R51 and I purchased the Vodacom to Vodacom extra minutes with R15. A To my dismay all of a sudden I do not have no data bundles and also my airtime is 0. That is impossible, I purchase the 1Gig data bundle every month and it lasts me almost a month. At work I use the free wifi provided, so this does not add up I am unable to check my transactions here on Vodacom4me, I get an error message each time I try Please investigate and load my data bundle

Response received: Kindly be advised that you are required to check the promotional data bundle balance in the following manner:

dial *111#
Choose option 1 for balances
Then option 3 for promotional bundles
You must then choose the bundle that you purchased.

Please note that this is the only way of checking the promotional bundles.
