Early last year I took a laptop contract with Vodacom the contract came with a laptop and a cell phone and I was told that I will receive certain amount of free data bundles every month for a period of 24 month and I cancelled the option to receive airtime . all along I have been paying R315.00 this month R1128.47 was deducted from my bank account when I lodge a complain with Vodacom they tell me that the reason my account is high is because of my high data usage which I was told are for free when free ones are finished i have to buy my own no extra billing on my account and again reason being are calls made from my number which I don't even receive airtime on that contract, number in question is ; 079 687 9128 .
Kindly assist me on this matter as it seems as if I was misleaded on taking a contract.
