Harassment!!!

I've contacted Vodacom's Customer Care end of November 2013 to change my debit order banking details. According to the consultant it was to late to stop the debit order on the old account but that they will put a force debit order through on the new account.

Needless to say that after several call centre calls and harassment sms's the debit order only went of from the new account yesterday (12/12/2013).

Today i've received another sms informing me to update my debit order details???

Why must I as a good Vodacom client for many years be harassed if people in your call centre is not doing their job properly???
