Non Vodacom Client has Vodacom Debit orde

Hi I am not a Vodacom client. I'm trying to call the Call Center from the UK as this is where i'm currently finding myself. I am unable to get hold of the call center to raise the issue that I have. I am not a Vodacom client and and I did not supply Vodacom with my banking details. However Vodacom has a debit order going off from my Cheque Account, the following transcations went through

I've contacted by bank and they will stop the debit order, they are unable to give me the details. Vodacom I want to know who has my banking details and in whose name the debit order is. Cancel this debit order as this is
