My 12 month data contract (0742268544) was due to end on 13 Dec. I went to the store on Sunday 08 Dec 2013 to give notice so that the contract ended on the 13 Dec 2013. The consultant advised me that I could convert the sim to prepaid and remaining data would still be available. I requested for this to happen. On Mon 09 Dec, the simcard was terminated together with the data with no explanation. Several calls later, a manager Mr Scala, promised to look into the situation and get back to me w.c. 17 Dec 2013. Since then, not a single Cell C representative has been in contact with me. I shall be terminating my current cell contract because of this unprofessional service.
