On 2 Oct 2013 I emailed the call centre requesting that my banking details for my debit order be changed. I received a confirmation email on 8 Oct 2013 stating: "We would like to confirm that your banking details have been amended on your debit order activated on your account. As your account is currently dormant, deductions will take place once the account is active".
Yet now that I have a blance outstanding, the debit orders have not come off and Truworths is charging me interest. I have received at least 3 calls from call centre agents and every time I tell them that the debit order was supposed to have been set up. They check the details and tell me that they are setting it up and the debit order should come off but it never does and I just receive more calls.
Correct your processed and reverse the interest on my account. You cannot expect me to pay for your mistakes. Learn to follow your processed correctly!
