Debit Order Date

I have a signed contract with Nedbank for my personal Loan, and the debit order date is clearly indicated as the last day of the month the same day I receive my salary, it is understandable if the last day of the month is a public holiday or over a weekend and the debit order goes off the day before, however in my case the debit order goes off between the 23rd & 26th of the month.
I have spoken to Nomthandazo (REF: 889803) at the personal loan department last month (March) about this issue, after I reversed the debit order at my bank Nedbank managed to make the debit order go off on the right day as agreed on the signed contract.
This month one of Nedbank's incompetent staff members ensured that the debit order goes off again on the 26th of April (TODAY).
I am going to reverse the debit order again at my bank this morning, but this time I am going to wait for Nedbank to contact me, because Nedbank is not honouring the agreement that we have in writing and after I have tried to rectify the situation Nedbank just don't care and that is what I am going to do now because I am not the one in breach of contract.
