I had lost my phone yesterday, called in today at vodacom spoke to bongani khumalo in the data call centre department in cape town-who told me the service is offline and promised to call me back- He indeed called me back :) i did not have my imei number, told him to call back he called again i still did not have the imei-
he told me he will call before he knocked off at 15:00pm and he called at 14:45 again- in my entire life i have never experienced such brilliant service hes a STAR south africa needs employees like him
