Debit order deducted before agreed date

I have a loan with Nedbank and my debit order goes off on the 25th of every month. For some reason, known only to you, my account was debited on the 22nd of this month, and the debit was returned unpaid because I get paid on the 25th. I HAVE NOW INCURRED CHARGES FROM MY BANK FOR AN UNPAID DEBIT ORDER! please explain why on earth you choose to debit my account when it suits you and not on the date we agreed upon, and please tell me who will be refundng me for the charges my bank has put on my account because of what you have done, because trust me I am not paying for those bank charges. And please make sure this never happens again! I have never skipped a single payment for you to treat me like this. This is rubbish. Fix it! And while I'm here, it would also be nice if i actually received my statements every month. just saying..
