Double Debit Order, Wrong Amounts, NO SRVICE

I signed up for a loan through Moneystar. In the agreement I signed, I agreed to a debit order of R1115.00 per month for 6 months. This month, they took a double debit order one for R1127.16 and the other for R1126.97. Now how does this work. It doesn't even come close to the agreed amount in the loan agreement. And then, when you phone the call centre, it asks you to choose an option, and then after a while it says the station is busy and cuts you off. I did manage to get through to someone yesterday but I have phone 11 times today, and no luck. And every time you leave a message, or send an e-mail, you get NO response. And now because of the double debit order, one of my other debit orders (my security) has been returned as insufficient funds. That is. I want my money back and a reimbursement for the bank charges for my returned debit order.
