Debiting before the chosen debit date

My current account was debited on the 25/04/2013 and I have chosen the 27th as the debit date because my salary is paid on this date. Every month I have been debited on the 27th but not this month. I know that the 27/04/2013 is a public holiday but then why did they not debit on the 26/04/2013.
They have used up overdraft which was not taken to facilitate your loan.
Now we must pay interest on the amount used because they could not wait until payday to process the debit order. I am so frustrated because all i receive is an sms one day prior to the debit informing me of the early debit. Even then the debit could not be stopped.
I want a call back and an answer.
