Iburst Lack of regard for customers complaint

I complaint to Iburst about it's internet speed quality in Pretoria north, with 100% signal strength from my modem, my modem receives upto 50% frame error, due to this issue, am unable to use huge amount of data "20Gig" allocated to me for download, it also takes longer to open web pages, sometimes loading error. I have been allocated 1Mbits/s of spped but am only able to get upto 300kbits/s, which upto 50% is in error. I see this as a sabotage because am paying for a service that isn't stable.

I complained but I didn't get any feedback on how this issue will be fixed.
