Unauthorised debit orde

Chubb always debit more money on my account, amount more than the agreed premium for the debit order. I sent several email to complain about the incident, but the matter is not getting resolved. Also advised them that they are affecting my credit records because sometimes they were debitting the account on the wrong debit date, where there was no sufficient funds. If that occur, the bank will charge me the honouring fee for the insufficient funds. I advised them on several times that they must debit my account on the 20th of the month and they agreed. but they kept on phoning me to say that my account was in arrears. i ask why is the account on arrears, because my account always have money on the agreed debit date which is the 20th and nobody could explain the reasons to me. Again i mentionsed that the services are prepaid, how come they say my account is in arrears, still no response to that. they still carrying on debiting various amount every month, sometimes R600.00/ R800.00 and even more. This is inconviniencing me, my budget and my family. As a bread winner, if they debit more than the agreed amount of R331.00 they already killed me because we will be starving.
