I am a single mother. Due to unforseen circumstances I missed one payment, which I agreed to pay directly into their account. Instead of sticking to this agreement they tried to debit my account for two instalments on the 21st of November. Only one went through, and the other is showing as an unpaid on my account which affects my rating with my bank and incurs charges.

On top of that I work in a call centre, it is against the law to constantly phone someone during working hours if I am not mistaken - yet they will phone, put down the phone, phone again. This in spite of the fact that I have told them I cannot take calls during working hours.

Today I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with Wendy from your debt collections department. One payment went off, so I am in fact only 30 days in arrears! Which is something she cannot comprehend! Also there was a early debit order on my account - when I queries this she said it is in their t & c's. Nonsense! I agreed to make payment on the 25th of every month, not a second sooner!

Try debit my acc with a double debit again or before the agreed upon date and I will report you to the ombudsman as well as open a case with the NCR!
