Out of stock and False advertising

Went to the shop yesterday to get myself the Samsung Tablet 3, 7.0

The shop does not have stock, I have to wait 3 days, I filled in the forms to get the approval done, is even willing to pick up the product anywere else where it is available, but no this is a problem (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE) even if the customer is willing to go out of his way, then they have LCD screens with their specials, it clearly shows that you get a gift of you choice with the tablet a DSTV Drifta with 3months free subscribtion, they are refusing to give it to me.

Let me make myself clear, with Vodacom phoning me as a so called valued customer which I have been so long for, I will be going over to another supplier and take the false advertising case further if I am not going to be given what was advertised.
