Advertising of a item that is not in stock!!

I have requested the specials for the month of May. i received it but now when i phoned them regarding the Samsung S4 mini with the tablet, they said you DON'T HAVE STOCK AND DON'T KNOW WHEN YOU WILL GET STOCK!!! how can you send a consumer a list of specials that is only for the month of May but you still don't have stock and don't know when you will get stock? i would like to know when you are getting the stock and i want it for the amount that it is advertised for the month of May!
