False advertising, poor feedback on Note 10.1 LTE

Almost 3 months later, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" LTE (N8020) on a MyGig 3 contract (as advertised in the December 2012 Vodacom brochure), is STILL not available, and no one at Vodacom or its dealers are able or willing to tell me if, and when, this device will be available. False advertising, poor feedback. Despite a previous hellopeter compliant, and promises for feedback from Vodacom, I am still awaiting a satisfactory answer. Vodacom shifts the blame to their dealerships for not 'ordering' the product, while the dealers say the device is not available through Vodacom yet... ANYONE PLEASE??? How can Vodacom advertise a product, but no-one at Vodacom has any idea about the product? And no-one at Vodacom makes any effort in giving a loyal customer a straight answer...?
