Mtn
SONY Experia T dont want to fix

Telecommunications

I spoke to Tshepo at repair centre call centre, who however told me that "battery damage" caused liquid damage to my phone who already went in for repairs late April 2013 and again 06 Decemeber 2013, twice in one year refers to a cheap quality phone. I was told by Tshepo that they were advised the phone cannot be fixed because of the battery being swollen and the liquid of that battery which went on to "my board". What I can not understand is the fact that the damage was not cause by ME. but by a defect of the phone and this phone cannot be opened at all because if it is opened "you lose your warranty" now they say they cant fix my phone. Because I perhaps used a different charger to charge my phone thats their reason on the whole story of why battery was swollen and why they dont want to fix my phone. My Question remains is a phone sent for repairs twice within 6months tells me I was given a raw deal because if a phone has so much problems I feel not to use mtn in the future and things us we only cover batteries for 6months i was never informed of and liquid damage on a "SONY EXPERIA T " is this phone not suppose to be water restistant? MTN cannot clear this up for me "Worst"
