Cell C
False Online Advertising

I have been an customer of Cell C for about 10 years and am currently due for an upgrade.

When looking online the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini is advertised with various monthly options. Upon phoning Blue Route Malls branch I was told it had been on back order since February, there was a "very long" waiting list and they only get about 2 phones at a time from Samsung but I am welcome to add my name to the ever-growing list.

Should I want to upgrade "Why don't I take the Samsung S3? " or wait for the S4... of course at my own expense. The Cavendish store had the same sob story and couldn't justify WHY the phone is STILL advertised online (no mention of it being out of stock). I was told it is Samsung's problem... not ours! Yet Cell C is the one advertising it online as an upgrade option???

I phoned other mobile networks and they have stock of the phone. Come on Cell C! Are you willing to loose a long-standing customer because you can't compensate us for your OWN false advertising??? If you don't have the product in stock, don't say you do and mislead people.

Really disappointed to say the least.
