My phone was blocked by MTN for not paying last month, one of the consultants called me w.r.t when I'm making payment neverthless he ended up telling me that my contact ended in APRIL.

No one informed me only after 8 months someone tells me this and he told me that its my duty to cancel my contract. How can it be my responsibility if no one told me about it???

A contract is a written agreement from one period to the other, if a person reach that year and date its suppose to end however, the only thing MTN's people are worried about is me upgrading my contract!!!

A consultant just told me to pay R169 to open my phone and then cancel it again which I think its not fair because you've been deducting money for 8 months without my consent.

In future, Clients should be contacted prior to the end date of the contract to inform them of the status of their contract not 8 month after the fact.
