Never having specials in stock

I want to know how Game can advertise a product on special in their brochure and when you go to the shop they do not have stock or they are waiting for their stock to arrive. Special appeared in their brochure Wed 13.02 2013 and would run till Sun 17.02.2013. I went to the Kenilworth Centre branch Fri 15.02.2013 and their response was they do not have the product in stock because they are waiting for their stock to arrive. There was no guarentee that it would be there by when the specials ended viz. Sun 17.02.2013. This is not the first time this has happened and is unacceptable. It also seems to come across as false advertising. If you are running specials you make sure you have the products in stock and don't give me a coupon or rain-check to come back when the stock eventually has arrived as I am at the shop then and don't or maybe can't come back at a later stage.
