REFUSE TO CONNECT MY NEW CELLPHONE CONTRACT

I signed a new cellphone contract on Saturday 2013/12/07, my sim is still not activated..Each time i contact them they say they are busy with it and will take 24 hours..It is now 5 days and im still not connected to my service provider this is unacceptable for a service provider to make false promisses. they take our money and cant deliver a service.
