Still as incompetent as ever!

Good day.

It has now been two weeks since I have spoken to Najma Moosa ast Autopage regarding the cancellation of my cellphone contract. During our last converstation (06 August 2013) she confirmed that my cellphone contract will be cancelled and cut off from 15/16 September 2013, WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION FEES. She said that she will send me necessary paper work on that very same day (06 August 2013).

I am still waiting, and has received no feedback from her or anyone else at Autopage.
This is the kind of service I have been receiving ever since I started having problems and had to communicate with someone at Autopage.

Autopage has pathetic customer relations and gives no feedback unless you write a report on Hello Peter! If it wasn't for Hello Peter, I would probably still had to wait for somebody from Autopage to help me with my cellphone related problem that I have since March 2013!

When can I expect the necessary paper work from Autopage to cancel my cellphone contract, WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION FEES?
