"Mini Statement" all of a sudden doesn't exist anymore??!!
Vodacom still states on various websites that a mini statement indicating your last 10 dialled numbers will be available free of charge online, but we have had no access to that for more than 7 days now!
Perhaps due to the fact that they overcharge for calls, or deduct costs without being able to explain it! Or maybe because they now want customers to pay to obtain an itemized bill.

If you decided to take away the "mini statement", you should inform the public accordingly. DO NOT continue the false advertising!!
Or if it is an IT error, as some of the call centre consultants informed me... then perhaps you should consider employing more competent people! How can it take more than 7 days to fix one simple little error!!??

I logged the fault twice and have been following up, but no one wants to give me a straight answer! Let's see if you at least have the decency to reply to this complaint!?
