Autopage
No Notification of contract expiring

My Cell phone contract expired and Autopage never notified me about this. I phoned them to continue with the contract but my cellphone was cut off nevertheless. At first I was promised reinstatement within 24 hours which did not happen. Then they told me it will be reinstated within 31 days. This was 6 days ago. I use my cellphone for business and need it to be working immediately. I also want them to put the contract back on prepaid to avoid this mess in future
