Alcklisted for a cell phne contract

Hi
my name is Rachel, I need help urgently - i have been getting callls and just yesterday a lawyers letter, stating that i owe Vodacom money for a cellphone contract that was taken out in my name. I did not at any given time take out any contract with Vodacom or any other cellphone provider for that matter.
i had a pre-paid cellphone - 072 5456284 years ago that cellphone was and was reported at Camperdown police station and was blocked years ago. sometime later this contract was taken out.
they have all my details, im getting hassed at work, they have blacklisted me, ive phoned in on numerous occasions asking them for help and begging them to look into this account, they cant tell me what was purchased (make or model) neither can they provide me with dates or the telephonic recording, if it was done telephonically then the item should have been delivered, whats the address it was delivered to and where is the signed delivery document . i need help /answeres - they are not even giving me the time of day. what do i do? R1395.93 is alot of money for a single mother to just give away - and for nothing. the cell no. in question is now registered to Sasol. HELP
