4-6 weeks repair time unacceptable

After being told by the agent at the auto page shop in Sandton when booking in my phone that it would be 7-10 days for repair of my iphone 5, I phone to find out what the position is and am told repairs take at least 4-6 weeks. I was told that I would not get a loan phone and that as I had a nano sim I would need another iphone 5 to use my contract. Well I don't have another iphone 5 lying around so I am unable to use my contract at all. To make matters worse autopage are not able to tell me when my phone will be looked at as it has now been sent to Cell C. After further investigation I was told "oh we'll if you had taken the phone to the auto page head office in Midrand you would have been given a loan phone and it would have been repaired much quicker"! I find the situation I am in ridiculous. When I was with Vodacom I could just take my phone into the Sandton City Vodacare shop and I had it back in 5 days. How can a cellphone provider company expect their customers to wait so long for a phone repair this is just unacceptable and makes me wonder why I am with a provider that cares so little for their customers! When my contract renews I will be looking elsewhere for sure!
