Autopage fails to deliver on cell contract upgrade

A request to upgrade a cellphone contract was lodged on 29 May 2013 with Altech Autopage Cellular at the Midrand Office. Altech replied on 31 May 2013, confirming that the contract has been extended and migration request logged. However, more than 10 days later, Autopage still has not delivered the cellphone handset, which forms part of the contract, literally 7 kilometres away from their office in Midrand.

A visit to the Autopage on 29 May 2013 was so pointless, as one is made to wait in a queue for more than an hour just to see a consultant that is clueless and not empowered to make decisions, while a Mr. Moodley is busy out of office to look for new customers or do customer support. I saw people literally give up and turn away due to such poor service, and nobody cared to attend to them, even while they were free to do so. Milling about is the order of the day at Altech Autopage, customers don't matter and must just sit and wait for the day or days in my case! They can consider this to be contract cancelled!!!
