Addition of contract lines to account

This morning I logged into my Vodacom account only to find an additional phone line attached to my data contract account. According to me this is practice by vodacom. All I got from their call centre agent upon querying this is that they can't give me the details of when & how this new application was made, they can just log a call! The agent also said she'd block the number, but I just went into my Vodacom account now & the sim card is still being used.

How long am I supposed to wait for any meaningful feedback? As it stands now, Vodacom shouldn't debit my account with the additional number's amounts owing as that will equal from their side. I'm very livid at this stage as this extra amount is R1499-62 & want answers as in yesterday. If nothing is done about this before friday, 2013-12-13, I will cancel all my dealings with Vodacom & take my money somewhere else. I'm tired of the lack of proper customer service that Vodacom dishes out of late, this is the reason why I cancelled my initial voice contract in October after 7 years with Vodacom.
