STUCK WITHOUT PHONE FOR 3 DAYS!!!

On Sunday, 08 December, my phone line went dead. On Monday, 09 December, I logged a fault online, because I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE.IT'S NOW BEEN MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER, & apart from the standard SMS containing the Fault Reference Number, I have had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM TELKOM WHATSOEVER! - MEANWHILE, WE HAVE BEEN STRANDED HERE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS NOW!!! -As usual, Telkom has lived-up to its infamous standard of PATHETIC NON SERVICE! I have said this before & am saying it again, if there were any other telephone company in this MISERABLE, PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COUNTRY, I would have DROPPED Telkom years ago! - The standard response from Telkom to this complaint on this site, will be a message apologising for the inconvenience, & asking for the associated telephone number to be E-mailed to Telkom.-I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF RESPONDING TO SAID MESSAGE THIS TIME AROUND, AS EVERYTIME IN THE PAST THAT I HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO DO SO, WAS NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF MY TIME, AS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM TELKOM EVEN AFTER THAT INFORMATION WAS SENT AS REQUESTED!!! - COME FIX MY ROTTEN PHONE LINE ALREADY!!!
