Incompetence to resolve a problem on their side

I have been with VODACOM for more than 20 YEARS. When we upgraded my daughter's data contract Vodacom put another number (data contract) to my account. Due to this incident their has been huge amounts of data usage on this number. I have not signed or agreed to this additional contract to be added to my account. I have then decided to not pay for this additional contract and only pay for the ones I had for the last 20 years. Now Vodacom has put my account in arrears after and due to this I can not upgrade two of my cell phone contracts. I have sent through all the required supporting documents to Vodacom to prove that I did not agree to this additional data contract. It has been 4 (four) months and have not received any feedback. At this point I am considering to change to a different network if Vodacom doesn't come back to me.
